  • monitoring our clients’ level of satisfaction after completion of any transactions.

Our Quality Assurance system is based on the International standard ISO 9001: 2015.

  • Everyone has a responsibility as part of their employment to adhere to this policy.  
  • If you feel that this policy has been breached, you should report your concern to your manager.
